Today was Liam's burial. I'll write more about the day later and include some pictures, but for now I want to write about something Dereck pointed out to me after the burial was over.
The Priest had spoke for a short while and then toward the end of the service he started reading the prayers. Dereck and I don't recall what was said in the last prayer, but we remember it started out with the Priest saying, "And to Liam's parents, Dereck and Becky may they....." don't recall the rest but just as he finished that sentence pertaining to us a raven let out a couple of loud caaaw, caaaw's. Dereck mentioned to me after the burial that maybe that was some kind of sign from Liam. I have heard of many people saying they have gotten signs they believe are from their little ones and now I wonder if maybe this was some kind of sign from Liam? Not really sure what to think but it is a nice thought to end the day thinking about.
Aw, maybe it was a sign from him. I believe in it. After we lost Matthew, I started seeing dragonflies every now and then, and the day I found out I was pregnant with Joshua, I saw a dragonfly when I was leaving work and when I came home. I took it as a sign that Matthew was watching over all of us :)

I think it was, especially with the timing of it. I think I've had some signs from Jacob....things that happen right after I think of them, like a butterfly appearing. Whether they are or not, they bring alot of comfort.
